1. Payments, Pricing & Billing
1.1 First Month Payment & Free Cleanup Credit
All clients are required to prepay for their first full month of service before the first scheduled cleanup. This applies regardless of start date within the month or participation in any promotions. If you receive a free initial cleanup or begin service mid- or late-month, a credit will be reflected on your second invoice.
1.2 Billing Cycle
All recurring services are billed on the 1st of each month, in advance for that month’s services. Service costs are prorated for customers who signup after the first week of the month.
Please Note: The Weekly Services per visit cost is multiplied by 4.33 to account for the months with five weeks.
1.3 Initial Cleanup Charges
For recurring service, the initial cleanup is included in your first month’s cost—up to 20 pounds of waste during the initial cleanup. Any additional waste over 20 pounds will be charged at $2.50 per pound. If more than 20 pounds of waste is present during the initial cleanup, you will receive an itemized breakdown of the excess.
1.4 Payment Method & Requirements
All payments must be made through our secure customer portal. A valid credit or debit card must be added before your first scheduled visit. Service will not begin without a card on file. Need help? Contact us at 203-850-7273.
